The upside to downtime

Are you constantly busy? For a few minutes, just stop. Downtime is an important part of good health, allowing you to rest and replenish yourself.

Give yourself a break by scheduling time for a walk in a local park, exercising, or taking a quick nap or meditating.

Remember too that recharging yourself is more important than charging your digital devices.

Spend more time with people than screens and you might be surprised at how your stress levels drop.
