Smoothies are the new and tasty way to sneak fruits and vegetables into your everyday diet. Mix up this easy Berry Blast Smoothie, packed with vitamin C:

  1. Blend together a handful each of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.
  2. Top with a dollop or two of low-fat yogurt.
  3. Add  juice or water for your desired thickness.
